ibis is in great location ....easy for bus to airport...ferry,tram and MTR. value for money. room quiet small but overall. i would said reliable hotel.

This hotel has a great location. It's very close to North Point station which makes traveling convenient. Also, the North Point Bus Terminal is just across the street so it was easy to hop on to get to the airport. The people at the reception were very helpful. However, the bed was too small. I had booked a room for 2 people. It did not fit both of us. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Nice Stay
We arrived in Ibis North Point at around 8am after a bad night stay in some hostel in causeway bay area. Although the check-in time is 2pm, but the front desk lady was kind enough to check us in around 11am soon after the room was available - the previous night they were fully booked. She even gave us the room with a view to the bay. Wonderful. Cleanliness is great, the staff are friendly and they can speak english! The location is only less than 1 minute walk from the North Point MTR. In front of the hotel is a bus station where you can find the bus number A11 to and from the airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Hong Kong again someday.

Great hotel
This is my fourth time at Ibis North Point. I strongly recommend this hotel to those whose top priority is convenience to the MTR transport since it is less than one minute's walk away from the entrance of the hotel. The vicinity of the hotel provides a good insight to the local Hong Kong scene with the market, food centre and the latest Esprit outlet. Rooms tend to be small and the bathroom can be a challenge for those who are on the bigger side. If you are lucky, you might even get the room with the harbour view --- a million dollar view in HK terms.

Convenience and Cozy
It will be very good if they can provide free wireless internet service as this is very necessary for most travellers these days. Also their wireless network needs upgrading as it always gets disconnected easily.

Wonderful stay!!
We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ibis North Point. We have been offered free upgrade to Harbourview room. The view is great. Worth to pay abit more for Harbourview room next time.
The room is small, but its enough for us. However, I wont recommend this Hotel if you are "big" size as I think they provide Double Bed only.
The room is very clean and tidy. Whatever u need, there is. Example: Electric Kettle, TV, Hair Dryer, Safebox.
Not to mention the easy accessibility to public transport, eg 5mins to MTR, 5mins to bus terminal, 8mins to Harbour. We really save alot of time & $$ because of this.
Only drawback is the Breakfast buffet. The food variety is limited. No changes for all my 4days stay. Dont really feel like eating after the 2nd day.
Alot of food stalls nearby, so no need to worry if you are hungry.
Hotel staffs are friendly & helpful.
I would sure stay here again next time.

Good place to stay
The hotel was nice, clean and friendly. Very good breakfast buffé. Small rooms, but functional. Expensive Wi-Fi! The room was good value for the money. Very good location, near ferry, MTR, buses and tram.

I've booked a superior double for 3 nights but the hotel told me that the booking was for classic double only. Why???

overall room is clean,size of rm suitable for couples not for family.received connecting rm, although door is locked but noise travelled thru from next door.staff gave wrong info on shop location, made waste trip down.the only plus point will be the location, just 3 min walk from mtr station. and hotel deduct full amount from credit card once u book online, not as reference stated on web

Ibis North Point
The room is quite small with little space to move around. However my room is on the 30th floor and have a clear view of the Victoria harbor. The hotel is located right next to the North Point MTR station, very convenient.
