Despite an arrival delayed by a typhoon...
Despite an arrival delayed by a typhoon which obliged the airport to close, we were warmly welcome and been given an upgraded room. The room was surprisingly big when compared with other hotels in Wan Chai area, and very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was smiling and helpful. But the broadband access to Internet is too expensive.

Another very enjoyable stay- great staff and service. Very convenient location- near to MTR and conference center. Room clean, modern and spacious.

This was a good experience the first...
This was a good experience the first time I stayed and just as good again this time. Newly refurbished rooms have probably made it even better than last time. Certainly a good venue to stay if you are visiting trade fairs etc. Staff are curteous and efficient when needed. As my stay was business I did not need the extras that some look for if they are on holiday, so cannot express any other opinion.

I have stayed at this Hotel for...
I have stayed at this Hotel for Business travel and now with my family and found the stay to be very comfortable with a good size room and beds with good wardrobe and cupboard / chest of draw facilities adequate for an entire family of 4. Great hotel II highly recommend it.

Although it was 1 night only that...
Although it was 1 night only that I stayed in your hotel, I enjoyed it very much. Due to the short stay I could not make use of all the facilities on offer but would believe they are fine like the room I lived in. I don't think it is a hotel for budget travellers since rate was rather on the higher side. (Yes, I know, there was an exhibition going on making accomodation more expensive but still.). All in all, I think I got good value for the money. It might well be that I will stay in your house next month. My best regards from Tokyo! Harald Dreyer

Arrival from Europe was 9 o clock...
Arrival from Europe was 9 o clock am. Room was not vailable until 11 o clock. I had to stay 2 hours outside after a 20 hour journey. Early arrival and late departure was booked. Late departure (6 pm) was charged additionally. Information about Construction works during the day whas mentioned after check in. Stay in the room during the day was impossible because of noise and vibration. Jack hammer work stopped at approx. 6pm. Other work and noise continued until 7:30pm Employes did disturb the stay in the room with a frequency of half an hour. No price reduction or complementary item was given because of noise and vibration. Regards Georg Behringer

The hotel has been chosen by my...
The hotel has been chosen by my due to location and good fares during my stay. The only complaint I can make is the room size, but it is normal in Hong Kong. Otherwise if you pay more I'm sure you get a bigger room (as it is normal...worldwide). The rooms were clean and the service was OK. Staff was extremely helpful, handling my luggages and "catching" a cab for me.
