A great place to stay
Location is good, less than 5 minutes away from the MTR. Lots of restaurant near the hotel. We have the executive suit which is 45 sqm. Decoration is the room is reasonable, dun expect all the high end furniture or decoration. However, this is being compensated by the view, from the room at 24th floor. We has an unblock view to the harbour overlooking into kowloon. We spend quite some time in the room and there is ample room for my 2 years old toddler to run around. Breakfast is reasonable. The best of all is the staff at the executive lounge, checkin and out is perfect. The exective lounge layout, decoration is nothing compare to most of the hotel that I have stay. But the friendy and helpful staff is really what we appreciate. We really enjoy all the conversation with them, all the help on where to find the good food. How to go around and what to do. If you enjoy good services, this is the hotel that you should not missed.

Overall a well sized room which gave you a great feel of space
without you and your partner feeling like you were all over the top of each other.The room was quiet in the hall ways so sleeping in the mornings was easily achieved.Personal assistant
on level 29 was of great help in booking dinner reservations
etc etc.Room also had a great view!

We arrived at the hotel during the...
We arrived at the hotel during the recent "volcanic event". We had lost out flight back to England and had been staying with our son and daughter-in -law in Sai Kung waiting to discover when we would have a return flight. We booked into Metropark to give them and us a break during a very stressful period. Chosen at random from the website the hotel proved to be the perfect tonic. Metropark provided us with a wonderful break and lifted our spirits. Relaxing in the marvellous roof top pool was awesome, the view over the harbour magic, especially at sunset. Metropark helped prevent a trying time becoming a disaster. When we come back to visit our son we will certainly build in a return visit. I have nothing but priase for the quality of the hotel, the level of service and the wonderful food. Thank you.

Had booked a twin non smoking room...
Had booked a twin non smoking room on a high floor but were given a double smoking room on a lower floor. Saw reception immediately and room changed for what was originally booked and we were given an upgrade to a suite. Very nice 2 tv's and internet. Good breakfast and they will make an omelette or pancakes for you if you request. The only real fault with this hotel is that there is no lounge area to sit after giving up your room whilst waiting for pickup back to the airport. They could open up the bar area where there is seating. The transfers to and from the airport were very good and you do not have to prebook when arriving at Hong Kong airport just go to the desk for Metropark Hotel.

The hotel is great for what you...
The hotel is great for what you paid, location is very convenient, 5 minutes to MTR. The pool on the roof top is really nice. foods are good, the buffet is excellent, specially if you are senior, you only pay kids's price,when we asked for the check, they give another 30% off as we are guest of the hotel. The only thing I wanted to complain is that I could not find the clock and only one chair for 2 people.

The staff are very polite and helpful....
The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a standard room - comfortable and clean, good shower, but small for a couple with 4 large cases. Most rooms were much larger than ours (and more expensive). The breakfast was varied -eastern and western - good quality, with attentive staff. We prefer not to have musak everywhere, from lobby to restaurant. We had a long wait between vacating our room and leaving for the airport at 7pm. The weather was terrible so we were unable to go out. There was nowhere comfortable to sit except for business travellers prepared to pay extra for the privilege. The location in Causeway Bay is close to the MTR and Victoria Park.

we had not visited Hong Kong before...
we had not visited Hong Kong before but we expected the room,breakfast and comfort levels to be far poorer than we recieved as space is known to be at a premium . our next hotel was more what we expected for what we paid small rooms small bathroom but evrywhere was very clean

My wife and I stayed for 3...
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and were upgraded to a suite. The hotel is very conveniently situated for the MTR which is just around the corner. We used this a lot and did our own thing saving a lot of money. We visited all the tourist attractions at a fraction of the cost. We als got the bus around the corner (every 1/2 hour) to Stanley Market which is more upgrade and there are really nice restaurants there. We are also staying at the Metropark on our way home to the UK from Sydney in May and will most definitely do Stanley Market again to purchase Next and Osh Kosh clothing for our grandchildren at a fraction of the cost in the UK.
