Although it was the busy sourcing fair...
Although it was the busy sourcing fair time in HK we were placed in a non refurbished room nothing like what the web site represented and for the cost of the room (Not cheap)we couldn't even have free use of the hotel gym which I thought was disgraceful, also the business centre charged a fortune to have internet access

Nice hotel in the heart of Causeway...
Nice hotel in the heart of Causeway Bay. Close to shopping and the MTR is within a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Upon check-in, we were told that our non-smoking room was near the lift. I asked if there are any others availible at which time they gave me an upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was clean, above avergage size and overlooked Victoria Park (the view was very nice). I believe that this hotel is a very good value for the money and I would stay here again.

The hotel and service were superb. Located...
The hotel and service were superb. Located near great restaurants and shopping. The subway was just a block and a half away. Got a chance to check out the spa as well and had a fantastically rejuvenating massage. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Delighted with the hotel, service exceptional. I have previously stayed at Excelsior, New world Harbour view on several occasions, should I be able to return to Hong Kong I will certainly stay in the Park Lane Hotel.
