Tiny tiny room. Couldn't give me a double even though that is what I had booked. In room internet and heater wasn't working, also the toilet was blocked. Room was directly outside the lifts and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. Won't be staying there again.
Good location and very quiet considering it is near a busy road and intersections. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms either although I was not near the lift area. Great service from the concierge - they recommended some very good local restaurants. Close to bus, tram and train so is easy to get around. Although the rooms are not really big, I didn't mind because I spent most of the day and night exploring Hong Kong (and why wouldn't you!).The bar on the top floor has good views and is nice for a quiet drink before turning in. The only criticism is the lifts are pretty slow - I'm not sure they were all working. I would definitely stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Rosedale. The room was cleaned everyday, the laundry services were fast and polite and my room was large enough. I was disspointed with how the Internet and PC usage was charged and the restaurant needs an upgrade. Other than than I was very happy.
My stay at The Rosedale was a most pleasant one. I Had twin room and while small was adequate and bed was very comfy with extra pillows if needed.Cable tv. And most importand for me, internet connection. Free!View great from 25th floor. Bed clothes were changes every second day. Bathroom was really clean with fresh supply of toiletries every day.Staff very helpful, even under pressure. Hotel down a little road off main road but only 5 minute walk to underground and this is very easy to figure out.Near a busy area in Hong kong. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe in this area. Thank you I will stay here when i come back to Hong Kong!

A very good hotel for the budget conscious tourist. Clean with very good srevice. It was a pity that the prices in the top bar were so expensive or we would have spent more time there.
We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Although the room was quite small it was very clean and comfortable. Also, service was excellent.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for senior citizens only because of the flight of stairs you have to climb everyday to go to the shopping district of causewaybay. But otherwise younger people shouldn't mind the walk. The exercise was very much needed since we always eat a lot in hongkong.
We would certainly consider this hotel again on our next visit.
