Rooms are big for Hong Kong with very good sea views and the park below. Great relaxation after long shopping hours. However, location is off the main shopping areas.

Is a hotel that provides comfort & quiet rest. There is a garden for my 2 kids to play around. Good sea facing. Polite service from all levels of staff. Breakfast have sufficient variety. Convenient public transport to places of attraction. Although it is not in the heart of city, it is a place for space & relaxation.

The room was nice, we had a non-smoking room but the sheets still smelled like smoke. The buffet breakfast was terrible and incredibly expensive (more expensive than the Marriot, which has an excellent buffet breakfast). The breakfast really clouded our experience, if that had not happened we would have really enjoyed our stay a lot more.

Hey...this hotel is great and no I don't have shares in Starwood. During this trip I stayed in three differrent 4-5 star hotels in HK. For Le Meridien, the room is modern, clean, generous sized and fitted with all the mod cons, with fantastic and calming views over the shipping lanes and surrounding hills. The location is a little away from the vibe and shopping sprawl of downtown HK, but the hotel provides free shuttle services to Central - all day and late into the night. So if you can handle the short bus trip, then the room and hotel facilities more than make up up for the excursion. On the flip side, Cyberport is a great place for an evening walk. There is a really bizarre shopping centre in the Cyberport Complex, which is worth seeing if you like architecture. Inside there are some food outlets and limited shopping, but its worth a look for the curved lines, intergrated landscaping and general retail non-comformity. The facilities and interiors of the hotel are excellent, especially compared to some of the older name hotels in Kowloon in the same price range, where you'll be stuck with very tired 70/80's decor. If you are a couple or on business, you'd be hard pressed to beat this hotel for value and overall experience.

We had an excellent 15 day stay at the Le Meridien Cyberport. It is conveniently located, with a fantastic and beautiful view of the South China Sea and Mountains. The Hotel, the room, and the facilities are all very modern. Access to Internet worked smoothly in the room and in the lounges and was one of the reasons I chose the Hotel in the first place. The Hotel workers were all very courteous. They went out of their way to help us on several occasions. We enjoyed their facilities, nearby shops (it was thundering and raining but the huge and airy indoor shopping arcades and restaurants kept us entertained without getting rained on). The waterfront was also very nice. We recommend the Le Meridien Cyberport to any discerning traveller. It is a gem. Louise

The hotel is set on the south side of the island and a 15 mins taxi ride (about HK$70) to Central. A perfect place to stay if you want to mix the excitement of Hong Kong with quiet relaxed evenings back at your hotel. My only complaint is the room service breakfast which is poor.

Must say that the stay was not as good as we had thought it to be. The place is so stuck up on a remote corner that commuting is not only inconvenient but also expensive as the drop/pick shuttle service of the hotel has become chargeable unlike as is stated in the previous reviews and the charge is proposterous if u have 3 people travelling along... However the staff was accommodating and friendly... The techie stuff present in the hotel does not attribute much to the comfort and next time i would prefer to stay close to centre town cause thats where the action is... However i really enjoyed the views and if u were taking this place make sure u go for the deluxe room which we had to upgrade to once we were there..All in all it was not a bad place . Just a little too alienated i would say..
