This is a good hotel with plenty of helpful, English speaking staff, a very good shuttle bus service and reasonably priced. Like most hotels in Hong Kong, rooms are on the smallish side. Our room faced a cemetery so the glass in the windows was frosted to save us the view, which wouldn't have bothered us in the slightest. In fact all windows on that side of the hotel couldn't be opened, nor could they been seen through.
Cosmopolitan is not perfectly situated as far as main shopping areas are concerned but the shuttle service compensates adequately.
We booked 2 rooms for our large family. One asked for was a twin with additional bed. It would not have been possible to add the third bed so one branch of the family slept 3 to a king sized bed. Not a big issue but not what we asked for.
