The reception staff was very unfriendly. The room was dirty, it had clearly not been vacuumed in a while. The bathroom was full of hair as were the towels. In the shower (also full of hair), the water did not go down. After a complaint, a cleaning lady appeared after about 20 minutes and could not understand why I was upset even though the whole bathroom was under water. I was promised a) repair and b) cleaning of the bathroom. Both were not done. After another complaint (laundry ruined a blouse even after 3 written instructions on the laundry paper), I was offered an upgrade for the second night. From then on, the staff war more friendly and accommodating. I would still not choose this hotel again because it is quite far away from the city center and since I was there on business, it was inconvenient. I must admit that the star rating on Asia Rooms made me have wrong (too high) and unrealistic expectations of this hotel.
