The first thing that comes to mind when i entered the room was that the room was super small. I was given 25th floor and i expected at least a nice view from my hotel room and guess what, i was speechless when i looked outside the window. It was a CEMETRY! I can see the whole plot of land, filled with tombstones.Seriously!! So we jus kept our curtains closed at all times. Then, on the third day, before me and my friends went out, my friend hanged the 'Do Not Disturb' sign outside our door as our things were not kept properly and we do not want the chambermaids to enter our room but when we came back, our room was cleaned up. Luckily our things are still around.

Neat and Tidy
Room is neat and tidy. Colour scheme of my room was nice and bright making the room feel bigger than it seems. Would be great if the tv had a usb outlet (considering it is HK I would have expected that there tv would at least have a usb outlet).
Overall a nice place to stay if you can book early to get the discount.

Staying @ Cosmo Hotel
Great location at the heart of Causeway Bay. 10 minutes walk to Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR. Hotel has its own shuttle bus service at key points in the city (i.e. Times Square, Admiralty, Central). However, the bed could be softer. Rooms could use complimentary wi-fi, hair dryer, weighing scale and biday. But overall it was a great experience. Hotel staff are very courteous, polite and very helpful. Great hotel to stay in for single or couples.

The room is right for 2 persons but not so suitable for family with small children due to space constrain. Free Wifi at level 5 and lobby. An Internet enabled PC is availabled beside lobby entrance for those who has no laptop or smartphone. Value for $$$ as we don't spend so much time in the hotel by the way. Comfortable bed and air-con. Free shutter bus service to MTR station. Good!

Family with children found the room a bit smaller for my liking. Though we spent most time outside seeing beautiful places, when back in the hotel room for sleep, we found the room smaller.
Breaky had a lot of choice to choose from and was a treat. so make sure when booking get a deal with the room. Service was second to none and staff were very helpful. Room was mainatined throughout our stay and I found the place very clean and relaxing.
The room price was not too bad when the period we visited was a holiday time for the locals and people from china.

1 week stay in causeway bay
The hotel room surpassed my expectactions, the room was larger than what was expected, but on the downside, it faced a cemetery so windows were frosted and could not be opened. Staff was very accommodating to my needs, as well as the cleaning staff who were very curtains and did a great job cleaning my room, refilling supplies etc.
One complaint would be the lack of wifi Internet in the rooms, only cable broadband is available at hourly rates. The location is also a ways from the subway, but is an easy walk to time square.

Clean and Leisure Hotel
We satisfied with the room. It's not just comfortable so relaxing us after long journey touring Hongkong, but also clean. The place is between two MTR - Wan Chai and Causeway Bay that enable us to go around. Love this hotel (^0^)

Great Location
Cosmo is a great location, walking distance to all shops - 15 min walk will get you want and where you want to be. We have booked 5 rooms again for 2012 DRT Expo in July

There is no free internet in room. They claim that there is free wifi on level 5, but while I was there that area was constantly closed. Reception told me I could access internet in the lobby, but it is a tiny space. In room internet costs were exorbitant. There were charges for absolutely everything. Location is also not too convenient. There is an infrequent shuttle bus, but I will try somewhere else next time

The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the (head) waiter-on-duty in the buffet breakfast except of the lady-on-duty at night in the front desk. We booked for 2 rooms (2 families) and we both experienced a not so friendly gesture from this lady on different situations. Forgot her name but we believe you would know who's on duty during our stay. We would also like to thank the lady from Vigor Tours for she sent us to the airport on June with a big bus carrying only the 8 of us and we felt very special and pampered! Regardless whether she just wanted us to feel like that or there is no available transportation during that time.
