The hotel had a very classy atmosphere, very different from typical Hong Kong Hotels. Even the staff are very courteous and helpful, again so unlike local cantonese people ( if you know what I mean ). I loved the room and the amenities, they thought of everything, goose down pillows and blankets made sleeping very peaceful, the mini kitchen was most helpful too, all the way down to putting a universal adaptor in the rooms already for the use of the client. I only had 2 things I didn't like about the place, first, the sitting room on the ground floor had the most uncomfortable chairs. For a lobby that wide, they could have placed more comfortable couches for the clients to sit on. SEcond, the fact that they did not have a drive way caused a lot of discomfort, because on the day we left, the street where it was located on was closed, so we had to drag our suitcases to the end of the street just to get a cab. We looked like a scene straight out of a comedy movie. Even the bell boys felt so embarrassed by the experience.
