The whole place is clean, staff very courteous, charming, and helpful.
We just found the bathroom sink too small, and impossible to wash one's face(Rm 602), as in doing so, one would surely hit the glass counter overhead the sink.
For Seniors like us, going uphill to the hotel is difficult. Not too many HK residents know this hotel. As we got lost going back from the Macau Ferry area, we asked passersby, and they did not seem to know this hotel.
