L'Hotel Island South..Voyeur paradise
My title must have gotten your attention. Well, L'Hotel is a wonderful beautiful clean and modern hotel. It is so modern that it decided to do away with the wall for the bathroom and put a very clean and transparent glass instead. It is great if you are a honeymooner but if you are a family or travelling with friends than well that pose a whole new set of problems. They have a blind that closes on the outside i.e. if you are sharing a room with a casual chum who is a peeping tom, you might just have a video on youtube taking your shower while singing like mariah carey or doing business No.2. That is my only grouse. Other than that it is fabulous. Large rooms, large beds, free internet, no MTR here but lots of buses to Causeway Bay and Central within 15 mins. So if you have want a nice hotel at the same time fulfill some voyeuristic fantasy, please stay here!
