Fantastic room - especially liked the see...
Fantastic room - especially liked the see through bathroom. The only slight downside is that you can't use the rooftop pool when it rains in case of lightening and the room service snacks are expensive. The buffet meal in the evening is superb and great value.
Location is great - one road away from the MTR in the mall.

Hotel comfort factor is as good as you'd expect for a newly completed development. Extremely generous sized rooms with top quality finishings and very eager to please staffs doesn't leave much to complain about. Relatively small lobby/entrance/lifts and limited hotel facilities (e.g. you have to pay for local calls + internet access) are probably the only thing you can pick on, but the top notch shopping location more than compensates for it. See-thru shower wall a nice to have. Value wise - I only rated it averagely only as the prices I paid were the most expensive in the Causeway Bay area and nearly in the same ballpark as the top notch five star hotels in Central.

Lovely, lovely hotel - perfect location for those in HK for the Rugby Sevens and for shopping - easy to get into town by taxi or MTR. We paid $500 extra for an upgrade that includes breakfast for 2, free buffet afternoon tea and cocktails in the club lounge and Wifi. it was worth it!
Not much of a TV selection, but we had a DVD player in the room.
