Great for a Budget
It is located on a hill so its a little inconvenient if you have large luggages. Rooms are spacious in the land scares hongkong.
4 night stay
We booked a doublebed for the four nights but all doublebed rooms are full. Assistant at the counter mentioned that they can help us to switch rooms on the third night. To make things easier for us, she also advise us to check out as soon as we leave the hotel in the morning and leave the bags at the counter so that the room will be available when we return to the hotel at our own timing.
Service is good, but that maybe due to the fact that we speak cantonese.
Location is okay. For those who think that the location is bad as it is a long walk down the slope to the mtr station, you are wrong. Go left up the slope when u exit the hotel, there is a mini bus service for about HKD3.50 (forgot about the price). For just 10 minutes it takes you right infront of the Ladies market and next to the Mongkok Mtr station. Why the hotel din't mention about this is beyond me.
Please do not expect great design or spacious rooms with this price you are paying. It is just a simple room with a small tv, bed and toilet facillities. Overall i am still satisfy with the cleanliness of the room.
good option for mid-level stay
location is not ideal for first time visitors but overall a really great option for those on a tighter budget. Rooms are clean and kept clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

very good value for money hotel. a bit far from the shops but safe. room size is relatively big compared to high end hotels and place is very clean.
Terrible beds, very hard, you can feel the springs from the springbox all over your body. It was the most terrible bed I ever slept in !!!! The room was oke, very clean. Not close to the metro.( 20 minutes walking)

Staffs are friendly and helpful but they don't love to smile. The building is very old and look like going to collaspe anytime. There is only lift servicing to every levels. The lift is slow, small and waiting is approximately 10 mins during peak period! Location is not good at all, so far from train station! It is not cheap for budget stay either. Won't be staying in the hotel ever againz. Good bye!
Very quiet, clean, cold aircon and hot...
Very quiet, clean, cold aircon and hot water in shower. Breakfast for around HK25 with the discount. It's just a bit far from train station but other wise accessible HK 28-40 by cab to Marco Polo in Kowloon.

Happy with my stay. Free room Wifi would be nice. Should have floor mat outside bathroom. The double bed mattress should be one single piece. There are 7Elevens, Welcome Supermarket, MacDonald, Chinese Food outlets, Cake Shops are all within walking distant. Not for elderly, as you have to walk up sloppy road to the hotel. Staff at the Reception are efficient and helpful.
