Having arrived in good time our rooms werent ready for us and our request of Double bed over twin beds werent adheared too,
That said they provided us with twin bed rooms and moved us next day in double bed room,, Whilst one room was ready yet again the other room was not and it took until 5pm that day to be available
Staff were trying to sort out the booking request but failed to advise us of the late check out for the secound room.
No upgrade was provided nor free breakfast? that would have been acceptable
My booking through Asia rooms was smooth and I would reccomend this service whilst the Hotel we stayed at was over booked, in all a good location for the Hotel in Kowloon.

good stay, good location
We stayed one night here and had a good experience. The hotel room is a descent size compared to another similarly priced room a few blocks away. The location is pretty good, and its only a five minute walk t the biggest shopping district in HK. We lost our purse with all our travel money, and when the hotel found it they got it back to us with great service.

Great location, good value.
Great location, there is free shuttle bus if using the airport express train from kowloon station to hotel. Walking distance to china ferry terminal to macau. Lots of local eatries around.

Good Stay, Kindly train Bell Boys not to pester for tips
My stay was good , the reception staff was good and quick.The only bad thing about my stay was the bell boys,the bell boys behavior was very bad on my arrival, the guys wanted some tips forcibly , which i was not interested in giving.

Lady receptionist was very accommodating. We were allowed to check in even before check in time because room was already available.

Misc
1. should provide shuttle bus going to the nearest MTR station and any other popular destinations.
2. The environment is pleasant and clear.
3. No door bell?
4. Restaurants and cafe require improvement in terms of areas and aesthetic look.

Very good value for money!
Very clean rooms, friendly and kind staff, fantastic breakfast buffet (freshly made omelette and beautiful coffee!) and very ggood location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui right next to Kowloon Park. What more can you ask for?

Compared to Empire, Rosedale, Kowloon, Stanford, City Garden and Concourse that I stayed before, BP Intl House has provided an excellent stay in terms of room cleanliness, great customer service and a perfect location. Definitely will stay here again!
