We stayed in the Eaton hotel for 10 days in May. Our hotel reservation was prepaid and we were to be booked into a deluxe room. We were given a standard room that was so tiny and ill equipped that I was disgusted. Management finally straightened out the mess the next day and moved us to a suite instead of the deluxe room. When you book the deluxe you get breakfast for two included. The buffet is held in the bar and is very good and comfortable. All the staff were helpful. The hotel is located far north on Nathan road, too far for new visitors to Hong Kong. Its only 1 block from Temple St. market. If you like to walk then it will be okay for you to stay here. You can always take a bus or cab, the subway is two long blocks away. The hotel pool is on the roof, small but very clean and nice. I'd go back and stay here because I know the area quite well now after 10 days in the same location. From the airport, a bus will take you directly to this hotel. I would give it the 4 star recommendation that it has.
