Good location. Worth for value
We were upgraded to a bigger room with free of charges. This is great as we have 2 small kids. The room is very nice and clean. We all love it.

A pleasant stay at Eaton
What mostly I like is the location and their friendly services. Overall maintaining Good it just that a bit of pricy for the normal standard room.

A great location, very easy to get...
A great location, very easy to get train from airport to Kowloon then complimentary shuttle to hotel door! Jordan station within 3 min walk. Concierge and staff extremely helpful and able to confirm availability of sightseeing venues, eg. cable car was closed due to typhoon for 2 days. Only disappointment was that WiFi was an extra cost but in cafe below there was free internet access so really not a problem just had to time when you wanted to use it as there are 4 computers (2 english, 2 chinese) also accessible to cafe users. Great to have a pool to swim in after a long day of walking/sightseeing.

Excellent location ,walking distance from shoping area...
Excellent location ,walking distance from shoping area ,Rooms are small although i was upgraded to executive club room,breakfast was not included which is a -ve point with this price ,only single water bottle was provided free for two persons and few suger and tea bags

The room was clean, very centrally located....
The room was clean, very centrally located. There was no sitting room in the lobby and the room was very small, I suppose thats very common in all hotels in Hongkong.

The hotel is near the city and...
The hotel is near the city and MTR station whereby doing shopping is very convenient. The room is rather small. Staff service is polite. There's internet service provided near the bar counter, but some inconsiderable people don't care the limitation of time usage. Hongkong dim-sum is delicious, if the hotel could also provide dim sum restaurant within its premise, it would be good as we hardly find one outside. Overall my view, is 3 over 5.
