Good location and nice hotel ambience
1. Happy with the service and overall quality of the hotel 2. Easy access to other shopping malls and nearest MTR station 3. Felt safe to go about Kowloon alone 4. Had many options as to where and what to eat within and around the hotel area. 5. Attentive and helpful service all round.

Dr. John Landale and family
Location great, friendly and very helpful staff.
Disabled access not good only available from ajoining shopping mall.
The only complaint is that WI-FI access was only available on the 15th floor business centre at an alarming £20 (Hong Kong) an hour. Most modern hotels have free WI-FI access in the lobby and this would be an improvement.

Our stay at Marco Polo this time...
Our stay at Marco Polo this time is not a vacation as expected. Our room was upgraded to business floor on the 14th floor, with a queen size bed for both my husband and me.The bed is not as comfortable as the rooms in the other floors. I was so excited to be upgrade when we checked in last Dec. 27, but i was too disappointed.

rooms are rather old but have big...
rooms are rather old but have big space so perfect for a family of four. unfortunately, we were given a smoking room because non smoking rooms are not available at that time and you can smell the odor upon entering the room. Other than that, everything else is ok, staffs are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for shoppers.

The room that was given to me was quite smal! Another is, i think you should undergo renovation. The room was quite old. But in general, everthing is good. Thank you!

i will never go there again the service was very poor, as for the bathroom for an update that was also poor.Every time i have visit Hong Kong the only place i stay is the Marco Polo i have in the past tried all three on all my trips and will not be doing so no more not happy at all Regards Katina

Gateway has been my second home every...
Gateway has been my second home every time i / we visit Hong Kong. I love their bed, pillow and blanket. Clean room & bathroom too. Accessible to shopping areas, MTR stations. Safe location & Outside view has been always pleasing to my eyes. We stayed in the 14th floor this time and the room was newly renovated. This was my first time to avail service from asiarooms and I am satisfied. I would definitely go back to Gateway and avail asiaroom's service in one of my next visit to Hong Kong.
