Our stay this time was very short however we always stay at this Hotel and love it.
A Stopover in Hong Kong
A pleasant hotel to stay in HK being attached to Harbour City shopping centre and close to Nathan Rd and the Star ferry
The restaurants in the hotel were excellent and the staff effiucient and obliging

We checked in on 10th May and...
We checked in on 10th May and was upgraded to a Deluxe room at no additional charge. The toilet is very big and clean. The breakfast is also very good :-)
We checked in again on 13th May and this time was upgraded to Club Floor. The room is not as big compared to Deluxe room. The hotel is kind enough when we told them we had to check out at 5.30am the next morning and they told us to order breakfast from the menu.
It is our 20th wedding anniversary and I really appreciate the hotel staff doing this for us (I did not tell them tho). I also like to thanks asia room, this is my first booking with them and certainly will use their service again.
I strongly recommend this hotel as it is very convenient.... MTR, Star Ferry, Hongkong China Ferry Terminal all at your footstep. Do not miss the City of Lights at the Harbour. It's Magnificient!!!!!!! Cheers.
We stayed in this hotel 24 years...
We stayed in this hotel 24 years ago for 6 weeks and enjoyed our time there and the same this time. The hotel has obviously been upgraded since then and the facilities are still good. The pool area was greatly improved, pity it was too cold for a swim it looked very inviting. The room was very big and clean and overlooked the pool, if we had been staying longer than 2 nights we would have asked for a harbour view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and in the business centre we were allowed to use the internet free of charge to check in and print our boarding passes for our flight. The hotel is very handy for Star ferry and the MTR and of course all the shops in TST. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness.

Your hotel is perfect including the staff who have also been wonderful. If given the chance again, will definitely go back.
