Excellent stay. Can't ask for more
It's our 1st time @ Metropark Hotel Kowloon and the staff are very friendly. It was very nice of them to give us a free upgrade of the room type. Great services from them even provide following day weather updates every night at our door. Even provided complimentary fruits inside our room when we came back.
10mins walk to Mong Kok area but hotel shuttle bus service is also a great option available. The bus also took us to Tsim Sha Tsui.
Didn't try the hotel food as the local street foods are cheaper and nicer.
Will definitely recommend this hotel for its location and rates.

MetroPark Hotel Kowloon
We made the right decision to book the Club Room package with breakfast, with cocktails from 5.30 p.m. daily. Check in was a breeze at the 17th floor hospitality desk, courteously staffed. Free computer and with internet access and printing facility made it convenient to web check-in for our departing flight. Free hotel shuttle was a help, though location is still not convenient for walking. Overall, our first stay at this hotel was pleasant. I rather liked the simple touch of leaving a Good Night card with the next day's weather forecast and two pieces of chocolate.
Excellent Value
We travelled as a family with 3 children. We asked for, and were given, inter-connecting rooms. The rooms were large by Hong Kong standards. The smallest children had to share a bed, which seems to be the norm in Hong Kong, but there is no extra charge for the 5th person unless you request an extra bed, but given that these are usually foldaway beds which are uncomfortable to sleep on we didn't bother requesting one. The hotel was a good standard - 4 stars in our estimation, the room rate and the staff were excellent, the food at the chinese restaurant in the hotel was good, the hotel stored our luggage on the day we checked-out until our flight in the evening, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus that travels between the hotel and the harbour every 15 or 30 minutes from early morning to late night so the location in a quieter part of Hong Kong was not a problem and is close to the Mong Kok markets. Highly recommended - would stay there again.
Good option to stay in Hongkong
It's a very nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Mongkok and there is a free bus running every half an hour to the bay.

Great & best staying..for us a family there is everthing needed...they assist us in very well manner.language there are no problems..easy to find the attractive places as all are near by.very likely to stay @ the same hotel again.overall everything great!! thank you for the services that you have! hope to see soon..

The hotel have shuttle bus provide every 30 minute to Monk Kok and Tsim Sha Tui so very convenience for our big family cos we had 4 kids.
Also shuttle bus from HK airport - hotel is very good too if you have many luggage.
Amenities was good, body gel, shampoo, toothbrush etc....

Overall this hotel is good value for money. We booked basic room which is a bit old but very clean and a fair size. Bathroom was fine.
Hotel was in a quiet location and only about 10 min walk from MTR station. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront which is very useful. For what we wanted this hotel was fine. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet which was simple but good. I would recommend this hotel as a good low-medium budget hotel option in Hong Kong.
