I have been staying at this hotel for many yeaars and whilst it is not Luxurious it is more than adiquate for my needs I look for cleanliness and good access to the internet so I can pick up emails, I spend so littel time in a hotel room, providing my criteria is met then I am happy

This no good hotel. No good location - very, very far with MTR. No service, staff cannot help. Room very, very small with no good air supply. No comfort.

There are a lot of problems with this hotel. Poorly trained staff who are not friendly and can barely communicate. Small room with a peculiar odour that does not go away. Too far from public transport. Free shuttle irregular and not punctual. On hindsight - there are far better hotels to choose from on this site.

The hotel is OK, and you can conveniently get buses to take you to locations in Kowloon. It is a distant walk--3kms to Star Ferry and Harbor Shopping and sights in south of Kowloon, but is a 5 minute walk from markets in northern part of Kowloon. Room quite small for price of $75/night, but maybe that is best you can do in Hong Kong. TV remote control did not work well, and room was quite cold, even with a/c turned off. Dim sum lunch in hotel ok, but rather expensive--go outside if you want to try dim sum. Grocery store across street very convenient to buy fruit or other things you might need. Hotel pool very nice and relaxing, and hotel staff generally pleasant.

Metropark kowloon is really value for money! Compared to a previous hotel I stayed at 4years ago in HK, this hotel has a bigger room, nicer bathroom and better facilities. The only downside is its location which is 10-15mins away from the nearest MTR. So after a long day of shopping, you would still have to drag your shopping and tired legs back to the hotel. However, because of its less-than-prime location, I got to venture into its nearby streets with cute pet shops, which is quite fun. I would reccommend Metropark to young people who don't mind the location to try this great hotel =)

Expect the hotel is pretty old already, also hotel does not turn on the free shuttle bus air condition while waiting for 15 minutes under extreme hot 34 degrees weather, all customers stayed inside the HOT bus sweating due to all bus windows could not be opened at all. Free shuttle bus to shopping area is pretty good idea service.

One of the best Hotel I've seen in Kowloon, Hong Kong. I have to give an A on location, and A+ on the overall facilities. The hotel has a fantastic swimming pool on the top floor and a nice shuttle services. For sure we will go back to Hong Kong and stay at the Metropole Hotel again.

Thought you could have a wider selection of advertising at your tourist information desk otherwise I thought the service was perfect.
