Very nice hotel, staff friendly food good. Had shuttle bus to Harbour which we used a few times, very convenient. walking distance to Ladies Market, close to 7 eleven for anything you may need. Organised transport to and from airport, for which we paid, but very reasonable. Altogether a lovely three days to break our trip back to Australia.

Exceptional Hotel
Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. Registration was easy and effortless. The room was bigger than I'd expected, and serviced daily. We stayed in the iClub Rooms and was thrilled that we did. The service and staff was execptional.
The free shuttle bus was a real winner.
We will definitely visit Hong Kong again and will definitely stay at Metropark Hotel Kowloon again.
10/10 as far as I am concened.

Mothballs in Hong Kong
The hotel had a smell that can only be described as mothballs.
My room was dark, the bed not particularly comfortable and it was miles from anywhere.

Family Holiday
The free shuttle from Hotel were very helpful to us to reach Mong Kok MTR station, and to return to hotel from this station we use taxi, we pay 18 HKD, not expensive.

nearest shopping area
This hotel is so nearest to shopping area.There are just walk within 15min already reach shopping area and mtr station.And if you dont want to walk the hotel is having the suttle bus every 15min and will bring you to the nearest mtr station and the shopping area.the suttle bus if free and when u want to back to hotel you can choose which is the place that the hotel suttle bus have and u can take it just every 30min will have 1 bus to taking back to hotel.Beside the hotel also have few small cafe to u.

Comment
Overall of the stay is good, but the housekeeping is very annoying. We had put on “do not disturb” but they keep knocking the door for houdekeeping. It is very irritating.

Excellent stay. Can't ask for more
It's our 1st time @ Metropark Hotel Kowloon and the staff are very friendly. It was very nice of them to give us a free upgrade of the room type. Great services from them even provide following day weather updates every night at our door. Even provided complimentary fruits inside our room when we came back.
10mins walk to Mong Kok area but hotel shuttle bus service is also a great option available. The bus also took us to Tsim Sha Tsui.
Didn't try the hotel food as the local street foods are cheaper and nicer.
Will definitely recommend this hotel for its location and rates.

MetroPark Hotel Kowloon
We made the right decision to book the Club Room package with breakfast, with cocktails from 5.30 p.m. daily. Check in was a breeze at the 17th floor hospitality desk, courteously staffed. Free computer and with internet access and printing facility made it convenient to web check-in for our departing flight. Free hotel shuttle was a help, though location is still not convenient for walking. Overall, our first stay at this hotel was pleasant. I rather liked the simple touch of leaving a Good Night card with the next day's weather forecast and two pieces of chocolate.
