Room with good facilities and free internet but...
the hotel staff are rude. Firstly, the lady at the check-in counter pretended to be busy searching for a room and promised 1 if we return in 2hours' time. When we returned 2 hours later, another guy curtly told us to wait for guests to check out. While waiting in the hotel lobby, another staff rudely demanded that I put on my sandals. When we decide to request for a full refund from the hotel manager, he apologised profusely and we suddenly had a room. So there are available rooms but they decided to make us wait instead.. What kinda of service is that. You decide for yourself.
This hotel has an excellent location , close to Temple Street night markets , subway just around the corner and all the bustle of the Nathan Rd area.
The room was clean and well atteneded to each day , and is well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, good bathroom and effective air con.
Friendly staff and good overall feel equal to other more expensive alternatives.
given a low floor room amongst chinese group travellers. loud banging n quarrelling next door at 3am. when complained to hotel, was told that 'when u pay a cheap rate u get a cheap room'. hotel shd realise that FIT travellers shdnt be lumped into same floors with GIT travellers, n at $150 a rm a nite, it is not a cheap rate.
Although passing bye through Hong Kong and having only one day stay , overall impression very good . Location perfect . Maybe next time more time to take advantage of what hotel offers to guests . Surely good place to stay .
The hotek is well situated in Kowloon, and I enjoyed being able to walk to and from the Hotel. I thought the bathroom was a little small, and my window view was yuck. Otherwise, excellent staff, food and ambience.
Centrally located on Nathan Road in the heart of Kowloon's tourist and shopping district, Tsim Sha Tsui. It is convenient to everything, including a city bus that stops right across the street and goes to Hong Kong International Airport. Service is very good, the rooms are well kept up. Internet access is the only drag, but there is a Starbucks right across the street. A great base for exploring Hong Kong.
