stay at park hotel
our stay at the park hotel was perfect. the room was clean and there was regular supply of toiletries and coffee and tea. the place was very accessible to shopping, eating, and the mtr. the only trouble is they close the gate near dna at around 12 midnight so we have to walk around to enter at the opposite end which is quite a walk from dna mall. also, if we want to sleep a little longer beyond 1 pm, we put a do not disturb sign which really means do not disturb!
Service attitude that needs improvement
The rooms looks and feel rather old, but clean enough for a few days' stay. The staff were very friendly, but lacks initiative. I fall sick on my 3rd day in HKG, and requested for a call in doctor, but to my surprise, there were no doctors available! (It was clearly stated on their service booklet that 24hrs call-in doctors available) The hotel duty manager simply did not bother to try call for the doctor again later that evening or check on me on my condition. Truly experienced the real service when things happened! Thou location was good, but don't think I'll dare go back to this hotel again with such service attitude!

Excellent hotel
this Park Hotel is really great, easy to go everywhere, only 5 minutes walk to the MTR station, located right next to Nathan Road, the area condition is very safe for family, most of the stores around the hotel area are open until midnight and its not hard to find foods, lot of fast food, Chinese restaurant and even an Indonesian restaurant, also its easy to walk to the harbour, ferry pier and avenue of the stars. The hotel's room is neat and clean, very comforting after all the activity in a day, the staff was really helpful and kind. we will stay here again next time. thank you Park Hotel.

I like the location but the price was a bit expensive.
Great Stay in Park Hotel!
Park hotel's location is great! There is free airport transfer shuttle bus from Kowloon station, and that saves us the taxi's fees. The location is 5min walk from mtr station and very convenient! The front desk reception is also very efficient. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!
Better than expected
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Park Hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is situated in busy Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by shops and restaurants offering everything one could wish for, yet the nicely furnished room facing the street was quiet. The waterfront promenade is just a 10-15 minutes walk away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room rate is absolutely okay considering the location.
Perfect Location
The hotel was perfectly located but based on the pictures on the websites, I was definitely expecting more from the hotel. The staff were very helpful but the ambience was what we paid for basically. Would I stay here if I had guests? Probably not. But would definitely stay here again if it's just for a shopping and eating spree trip. Location was just amazing...
Good Shopping Location
The location is good, very near to subway line. Rooms are clean and tidy, the negative things of the room are no wifi connection and bad noise insulation. The hotel are charging HK$120 for 24 hours cable connection. Not very suitable for business traveller, more for family or shoppers vacation.
Great hotel with good location
The hotel was new as it was fully renovated and the price are very good value consider the renovation and big room offered, location was perfect and very near to the MRT, services was good and they also lend you a umbella during rainny day.
