A place to consider if MTR travel is frequent
Given a free upgrade as the hotel is fully booked. Taking multiple escalators to front desk and lifts to rooms is posing some minute inconvenience. The front desk is very professional and friendly, a stark contrast to the glum cold response from the concierge service 2 floors down, as if they don't work in the same hotel. The common toilets in the lobby is locked during during non-meals time to prevent public use, likewise, causing inconvenience to guests. Rooms are clean except for one day, found a used nauseating dirty toothbrush placed in the glass together with my toothbrush after a house-cleaning service. Must be their brand of a sick joke. The MTR access is a major plus factor and only reason for going back to this hotel.
