Hotel is located near harbour city and attached to the ferry terminal building. About 10 min walk to the nearest mtr. The hotel is going under renovation at the moment on the mid floor and the noise starts from 1000-1800 hours daily except sundays.So please check if the renovation work has completed if you want a peaceful holiday. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful generally.
The disappointment was They took 30min to check in a family in infront of me and they dont have a non smoking room for me after that. i have requested for a non smoking room upon reservation after all the checking they only can offer me a smoking room. The hotel check out time is 1200 noon and i am at the hotel at about 1530 there is still no room for me???
That night when we were back to the hotel the toilet were flooded with dirty water when we use the shower and sink together. The hotel move me to another smoking room as a solution.
Well if you dont really care what kind of room you going to have and have plenty of time to spare for waiting. You might want to try this hotel if the rate is right for you.

Nice!
Good location - Star Ferry & MTR both a 5 minute walk. Nice rooms, staff nice, ambience in the hotel pretty relaxed. We were on the 21st floor and right near some creaking groaning elevator machinery but it didnt disturb us overly.
Wouldnt stay here again though. The proximity to high end shopping is great if you like that (Gateway shopping centre right next door) or are heading to Macau (ferry terminal directly below). Otherwise I prefer the other side of Tsim Sha Tsui which has more character, restaurants/bars etc. Suggest staying in the grid East of Nathan Road, West of Chatham Road and South of Cameron Road.

strategic location
The location is very strategic near to Habour City shopping arcade and have a great sea view. However, it's a bit troublesome to get out of the hotel as you have to walk to another tower to get a lift to the ground floor or walk through shopping complex to get to the ground floor. In which it's a bit scary when you walk back to the hotel in the middle of the night alone.

mouldy rooms
They give me a room with many dirt and a lot of mould in the bathroom. Only after I strongly complain they provide standart room with normal, clean situation

Great Upgrade
After staying in a spartan but nice guest house, it was a very nice welcome by Royal Pacific to upgrade our room from the standard to their Harbor View Room. We always book with Royal Pacific because of its good proximity in Tsim Sha Tsui. Not to mention their nice rooms and helpful staff. Looking forward to stay there again. Probably sooner than I would think.

Bathtub in our room seem to be old and due for replacement. Room wifi service should at least cater to 2 computers, not just one.

Old but ok
The standard room was smaller than that of BP International. But the location was closer to Victoria harbor. This hotel is just beside Marco Polo Gateway. Our room was a bit small but clean as they have cleaning service twice a day. One thing I noticed is that the hotel was kinda old and needing some refreshing renovation. I am not sure if they gave us the room in the old wing and that there might be a nicer, newer wing of the hotel. Anyway, I love the location.
