It was a pleasant stay at the Royal Plaza. Great service, good atitudes, and helpful in assisting with luggages. The room was pretty spacious, good size for the bathroom. However, not sure if it was just my room or all the rooms, but definitely need some renovation done. The television was very old, the remote didn't work well. Mattress was old as well, too soft, hard to find a good night's rest. The bathroom tiles seemed old with mold stains on the tile edges. Would stay again for the service and spaciousness but not for the quality unless it's been renovated.
