Very convinient location. a taxi stand nearby and just 1 store away from C2 exit of Jordan station. lots of shops nearby and lots of restaurant too. A grocery is just on the next building ( bit grocery ) and a bakery too ( bread talk ) its just walking distance to temple street just a few minutes walk.
the front desk could speak good english and was very helpful.
they didnt mind at all even if we moved the bed to accomodate my baby and the nanny. they even left it that way after we had the room cleaned.
One thing I like about Shamrock is the rooms are really clean, size of the room is not that small compared to other hotels. Location is also ideal as it is very near Tsim Sha Tsui.

I found hair in my bed, the water of the shower was not really hot.

By the way, i appreciate the minibar (good choice) and the location is great (nathan road, 10 minutes from the avenue of stars), and the staff is OK.
Hotel room was very small but clean. Bathroom was like new. Near main shopping streets and metro station along Nathan Road. Service was good, staff was helpful. Pay extra for internet, business centre worked well otherwise. We would stay there again.

Hotel location is perfect. Located along Nathan Road. Jordan MTR is very near; exit to the tunnel is just around the corner of the building.
I guess this hotel always have many guests. We requested for a non-smoking room but got a room on a smoking floor. Reception says the non-smoking floors are fully occupied. We ended up requesting for an Air Sanitizer to neutralize the smell. But still you can smell cigarette smoke probably coming from the ventilation shaft of adjacent rooms. We got a corner room which has a view of Nathan Road.
The location was great. rooms were tidied and kept everyday, fresh towels everyday. the staff were all courteous and helpful and can speak good english.
