Convenient location
The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Jordan MTR as well as taxi stand. Nearby are several malls, stores and eateries as well as supermarkets, adding to the convenience. Service staff and front desk are all very friendly and helpful and willing to find solutions to simple issues. Before arrival I had some queries and when I rang them, they were able to explain clearly.
Receptionists are very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is just right beside Jordan MTR station, really convenient!
Thanks to a major face-lift, this is now a much different/much improved hotel than in days of old. The clientele has cleaned up quite a bit too.

Pleasant stay and convenient location. Was surprised to have our room upgraded when we had our baby with us.
Good location & convenient! Hotel staff displayed very positive attitude.
We booked 2 twin sharing rooms & stayed 4 nights in Shamrock Hotel. We requested for 2 connecting rooms but they were not available. Instead, they gave us 2 Superior twin rooms which were more spacious on the same floor. One of our rooms had a bath-tub but the drainage was quite bad. We feedback to the hotel front desk the next morning and they acted positively and quickly while we were out for our sightseeing. When we came back in the evening, not only the chocked drainage was cleared, they even placed a plate of fruits & some nice beverages in both of our rooms. Not sure if it's their service recovery but we definitely appreciated their efforts.
The location of the hotel is also very good and convenient. The MTR is just 2 mins walk from the hotel which makes it very easy for us to move around. It is also within walking distance to Temple Street, Tsim Sha Tsui, Sai Yeung Choi Street, ladies street. Lots of food outlets around the hotel too. We will definitely stay in this hotel again on our next visit. Good job!

Good Location, New Look...
Overall it was a great stay at Shamrock Hotel, the service was good, I didnt try their breakfast as I wanted to go out and eat the traditional hongkong breakfast at the Tea Cafes. The bed was very comfortable but the aircon was abit noisy (especially when we turn it on to high). Our hotel room was good and most importantly it had enough space for us to move around. The location was AWESOME! the MRT is jus a few steps away from the hotel! and just at a turn you would be able to see a 7-11 store.
I would definitly stay at Shamrock on my next visit to HongKong again! Did recommend it to a few friends of mine.

SHAMROCK HOTEL REVIEW
Shamrock Hotel is strategically located in Kowloon.
On the left of the hotel is Jordan MTR, it is only 1 minute away. Further down to the left of the hotel, there are famous eateries, such as Tai Ping Koon Restaurant ( Roasted Pigeon), Nathan Congee & Noodles Restaurant, 澳洲牛奶公司 Australia Dairy Company, 港澳義順牛奶公司 Yee Shun Milk Company, Dim Sum Restaurants, Toast Box, etc.
To the right of the hotel, 5 mins down the road is Park Lane Shoppers Boulevard, Silvercord 新港中心Tsim Sha Tsui, etc. You just need to put on a pair of comfortable walking shoes and may slowy walk to Harbour City, Avenue of Stars 星光大道, Salisbury Road Sogo, etc.
We bought MTR Octopus card at the airport, HKD150 per card whereby HKD50 is the deposit of the card and is refundable. We took bus A21 from the Airport and it stopped opposite Shamrock Hotel, the digital sign on the bus will show "Shamrock" Hotel, the fare is less than HKD50 per person. However, when going to the airport, we booked the airport shuttle through the hotel as we have more luggages to carry. The airport shuttle costs HKD130 per person and it takes 1 hour to reach the airport as the shuttle will stop over a few hotels to pick up other passengers. The hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable, toilet seemed to be newly renovated. However, please remember to keep the toilet floor dry for your comfort.. The hotel even served us a complimentary plate of fresh fruits on our arrival. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel, due to its location, convenience and comfort.

Well Located Hotel
The location of the hotel is good. Very near to the Jordan MTR station. Lots of restaurants around. Service by the hotel staff was excellent. The only snag is the hotel room is small for the price paid. May be would try booking for the deluxe room or suite next time.

It's excellent and convenient location in the heart of Nathan road offers great connectivity via bus, taxi and train services. Impressive, clean and brightly lighted lobby and rooms. Was touched by all the smiles and efficient service of all the staff - well done and keep up the good work :) Esther
