Small but clean
It's my first time staying in a hotel in Hong Kong, so I was shocked at the size when I first stepped into the room. I was staying in room 1607, the size of the 3meter walk way was too small to accommodate 2 person, so had to squeeze pass my partner. The bathroom is small but still ok in a way. The bathroom is made of tinted glass, so you can still make out the shape of the person bathing while you slept on your bed.
As for transport, it's very convenient cuz it's just 2min walking distance from the nearest Prince Edward MTR. There's a 7-11 and Guardian store nearby and some eateries around which served nice local food.
Overall, I would stay if there again if I cannot find another hotel of a cheaper rate than this hotel with good feedback.
The room was a tad too small for even 2 adults. Even though the room was for 2 adults+1 child, it would be comfortable for 1 pax. I shared the room with 2 friends and we had to rearrange the "furniture" to make room to walk.
The bathroom however has no curtains, just a frosted glass so you'll be able to see the outline of the person bathing.
Nonetheless, the cleanliness and quality of the room and furnishing is good. The toiletries are being topped up every day.
All in all, I would definitely go back to stay again even though the room is small cause most of the time I'll be out shopping, sight-seeing and eating and will only go back to the hotel for rest.

The stay was pleasant. Service of staffs were reasonably quick. Easy access to Prince Edward MTR station makes it quick safe to travel in late night.

This hotel has 15 floors, I would recommend staying at a higher level and at the back or side of the hotel as its near a main road and traffic is 24/7 including buses. The room I stayed was small but this is Hong Kong and therefore is expected. For comparison purpose its less than half the size of a typical UK hotel room. The hotel room is clean and the facilities are sufficient. The nearest MTR is Prince Edward, 5 minutes walk, therefore exceptionally convenient. Free internet is excellent but using network cable and not WIFI. I would stay again.

Great location ... clean rooms ... but small .. but this is HgKg ! Don't expect a penthouse, for this kind of money ! Although the airo. was far too cold .... had a pleasent stay !
Our hotel room was very small as...
Our hotel room was very small as the double bed and our suitcases occupied most of the room. Being a shopper in the heart of Hong Kong, there wasn't much room to accommodate all our shopping and we had to resort to using cupboard space wisely.
However the room was very clean and had most of the essentials, except a mini-bar and fridge (despite the website stating otherwise). Nevertheless, the staff were helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near the MTR therefore most attractions were easily accessible.
I would recommend this hotel for a single traveller who is on a tight budget.

Hotel 36 is actually well placed on kowloon, really close to prince edward subway station. SO you can easily move to any part of HK without difficulty.
The room was quite small but well organised. I had to ask for towels and hair drier at the reception.
in conclusion, it s a good choice if you dont have a lot of money but still want to be in a hotel of relatively good standing.
