Good location, average room
The hotel is under renovation. It's a little inconvenient to access from the mall to the hotel cause of the on going renovation. We request for an extra bed 2 weeks before the date. They only manage to do it on the day we arrive ( night ). They are doing a quick move after u made a call/ complain. Overall it's fine. Very convenient location. The twin room is big enough for 4 People stay in.
Although it would not be fair to compare Ramada Kowloon with Shangri-La, Hilton or Burj Arab, still, there is no excuse for having smelly lobby and, especially, hotel's corridors. The whole building smells of 'old times' and a bit of nicotine. Apart from very outdated and worn-out furnishing the bathroom's Kleenex tissue box was nearly empty and the bathtub's shower battery knob was not only partly dysfunctional or it also to cumbersome to operate as a result of its old age. Also, the Internet service is accessible only if a client pay an extra hefty amount or waits for ever down in the lobby for free but, regrettably, only for 15 minutes allotted for it. Upon our arrival the in-house service offered but forgot to take our luggage up to our room. After a considerable wait I had to go down to get it myself. Finally, when I have approached the Reception Desk upon my arrival, the employee, a female, had a rather long private chat on her mobile phone, while making a client to wait. There was no apology, none, just "Can I help you?" Sorry, Ramada is not for me no longer!
Room not worth the cost
The location of the hotel is quite good and simple to get to. the staff was friendly and helpful with my few requests. I would not stay here again even if the price was alot more reasonable. this room should be booking at $80 a night and not $220 a night. The value for the money is not good. The furniture in the room is very old and the mattress is simple pad type and not proper hotel quality.
Excellent Location
Our twin bedded room was rather small but was adequate.
It was quiet yet enjoyed a good location not too fart from either Nathan Road or the Star ferry, both within easy walking distance.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were very good.

Good buy for the price
The initial room we received was quite small but they changed it the next day for no additional price. The hotel is close to everything and the hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. If you only have one or two pieces of luggage consider taking the A-21 bus from the airport. It stops in front of the hotel and you can use the $25 savings to have Sushi one block away. Also, consider going to "The One Building" one block away for dshopping and drinks. The views from the "Cocky Bar" are wonderful and they have a daily happy hour. Knutsford in two blocks away with many great restaurants and "All Night Long" has great alternating live music with a DJ.
disappontingly cheated
minuscule rooms, gigantic prices...unacceptable paricularly booking thru Asia rooms was a mistake. the Ramada was offering discounted rooms during my stay. Large outside panels...I paid 3 times as much as their offers on the spot.particularly for 3 nights stay which I was on.
Stayed at this hotel mainly for shopping on Granville Street. A 3-star hotel.

Overall a pleasant stay with many nice restaurant around no worry on foods! maybe is due to the hot weather seasons I went , find the hotel location is more than 10min walk from the MTR station and sweating by the time I reach hotel.
Not much Facilities in hotel but as I move around much often during the trip in Hong Kong so not so much to look for Facilities.
