Rough start! Their reception desk at the...
Rough start! Their reception desk at the airport put me on a bus to the wrong property (they have 2). When I arrived at the right property, they had allowed the guests in my room a late checkout and I was told that my room would be ready over 5 hours later. 9:00!!! Things improved significantly after that. The room was quite nice. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bed. Multi-functional IP phone. Outstanding fitness center. Free use of the PC's in the business center. Some nice restaurants. Very friendly, efficient staff provided exceptional service. Hotel is connected via a large walkway to a shopping/dining complex and public transit. Despite the rough start, I'd stay there again.

An excellent hotel with excellent access to...
An excellent hotel with excellent access to the MTR, which makes the location in Mong Kok acessable for TST and the Island. We'd definately use this hotel again.

The hotel is very conveniently located; the MTR station is very near and for shopping, there is the Langham Place shopping mall just next door, and the woman street nearby. The room is modern and exquisitely designed, could consider improving the toilet bowl which does not flush very well. Service is a little poor though, cause the point where i have the most interaction with the hotel staff is during check-in, the staff did not look at me, no smile and so does not make me feel welcomed. That was a waste.

I have stayed in many hotel in...
I have stayed in many hotel in HK and over the world. Seriously, Langham Place in hk is the best I have stayed so far. Their friendly service was just amazing. All the staffs are very professional and helpful. The location of the Hotel is fabulous. It is so convenient going to anywhere in HK. I highly recommend it to any couple going for honeymoon or even family going for holiday.

The location is fantastic, this is definitely a good place to stay in, but if they can polish up on a few points, it would definitely be a top class hotel. Few points to note, the pillows in this hotel absoultely needs to change, they have the super hard, or super soft type, and do not have any medium support type, which makes a good night sleep, quite hard to make up for the price you pay. Second thing is the lifeguards at the pool, i think it would be good if they can greet guests. Besides these 2 minor points, everything else is good. Check out the Chuan Spa on the 41st, and i must really commend the bell boys and front desk people, who know their stuff inside out, they make up for the bad pillow episode I had.

Close to the nearest station. Room is clean. Service is excellent. Pool and Spa are so wonderful. Breakfast is nice. There are a lot of shopping places and restaurants, also traditional style shopping area. If you stay here, I strongly recommend to use spa and pool.

I had a wonderful stay at the...
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel last week (7th Dec 07). The hotel is conveniently located to both the MTR & Ladies Market. The bathroom is impressive & most importantly, the water pressure is strong & the bathtub is not clogged. The staff are polite & helpful. I look forward to my next stay at the hotel.
