Location: Only few steps from Mong Kok...
Location: Only few steps from Mong Kok MTR and the Mong Kok shopping district. No real nightlife (at least for westerners) in the neigbourhoud, so you have to hail a cab to Tsim Sha Tsui or Central
Room: Very nice room, think we got upgraded because we were honeymooners and received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate upon arrival. Very nice surprise.
Service: Concierge and front desk were very friendly and supportive. The bellmen did not have clues about the city, though. We asked if there weren't two ferries to Macau, one from Central the other one from Tsim Sha Tsui (which is the case) and were sent to the further away Ferry in Central. Also, when we wanted to go to Happy Valley, they did not properly instruct the cabbie which chose the Eastern Tunnel, adding an extra 100 HK$ to the bill. Room service needs some improovement; leftovers from peeling fruit were not cleaned up during the entire stay!
Facilities: The spa and fitness facilites are just amazing
Overall, other than the location which is not that central, I would highly recommend this hotel and will definetly consider it for the next stay, given that cabs and mass transit is relatively inexpensive and hotels on HK island are much more expensive.
