The hotel is first class, with excellent...
The hotel is first class, with excellent customer service. The swimming pool and spa area (floor 42) is beautiful and provides a welcome break from the HK pollution. I had a massage which, although pricy, was a wonderful experience - totally relaxing. If you need a hairdresser go to Esprit salon (5mins away on foot, the concierge will give directions. For around £13.00 you will get the best hair wash & massage ever! (10% reduction for hotel guests). Although the location is further out, taxis & MTR are very cheap.

Great hotel. Superb location. Shopping mall within...
Great hotel. Superb location. Shopping mall within hotel complex. Huge mall. Across the street from rail station that will get you anywhere in HK or Kowloon. Two blocks from night street market. Room was nice. Bathroom was exquisite. Would recommend to others. Will stay here again on next visit.

It is definitely not an experience that we would repeat. Hotel is not suitable for families with baby. The only department who has been helpful during our 5 nights were the Concierge. Atmosphere in the Club Lounge is really cold, both the staffs and the air-conditioners!! and unfriendly, food is limited and service is atrocious.Blissful beds will cost blisters, wear shoes at all times. Rooms will be packed up with an additional of 5 shopping bags.

Accommodated with so many hotels in HongKong,...
Accommodated with so many hotels in HongKong, this is the best. Despite the room area is limited but the bathroom, vanity and bed are superb. Services are top and most of the personnels speak English. Clean and new. Highly recommended and in fact I am heading back to the same hotel in December this year for christmas.

This hotel is nicer than i expected. The room has the good view. I enjoyed the bathroom very much. The location of the hotel is perfect. I don't have anything to complient about this hotel. Everything is pefect. Truly is the 5 star hotel.

This hotel was WONDERFUL. The rooms are average size, but very well set out. You can lie in the very deep bath and watch the plasma TV or a DVD. The pool and the area leading up to it are amazing. It is in the 42nd floor, surrounded by glass. What a view! Everything is like new. Room service staff do a wonderful job. But be warned the food at the restaurants are expensive, but very good! Pays you to upgrade to the executive lounge floor as breakfast, afternoon tea, pre-dinner snacks and drinks, coffee and soft drinks and beer is included all day on the 36th floor--again an amazing view. Also the hotel is situated just next to the Langham Mall-good for eating out and just above the railway system--very clean and cheap and efficient! This hotel is strongly recommended.

My family and I spent 6 nights...
My family and I spent 6 nights at the Langham Place Hotel this month and found it to be both modern, efficient, very comfortable and staffed by pleasant, friendly people. The rooms are very nice with everything you could want. Location on the MTR route is fantastic. Eating venues in Langham Place to which the hotel has direct access are readily available. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong. We enjoyed out stay immensely!
