Despite the smallest (which is similar across all hotels in HK), u will be welcomed by the modernity of the room, jus like steppin into a room in a condo. Clean and zen, it really makes me feel at home.
However, do not expect any EXTRA facilities like in a hotel, eg upgrading of rooms, high floor, extra pillows, etc. All the counter staff can said is "No".
Location is good, just a short distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, and abt 15mins walk to the China Ferry to Macau.
It be worth the money if the rate is abt S$100 - S$130 (av of a 3 star hotel in HK)
