The hotel looked very nice. The room was very small - would be suitable for 1 person, with two people the room was too small. The amenities were fine. We paid for an upgrade which, apart from Harbour Views and breakfast was not really value for money. Other issues included having the keys not work on a number of occassions. In a 5 day stay we had to have the keys changed 6 times. Inconvenient to have that happen. Staff were very friendly. Room service and house keeping were not much to rave home about - they would take towels when making up the room and not replace them and always had to ask for tea and coffee as this was never left in the room.

We were very impressed with check in,...
We were very impressed with check in, the staff were helpful and friendly. We had an amazing view of the harbour from our room on the 36th floor. Buffet breakfast excellent, with very good selection of hot & cold foods. The hotel is situated in a good position, within walking distance to the harbour and shops. On down side, the room was slightly small, but we would definitely stay at the hotel again and would highly recommend it. Richard East Sussex

Absolutely great hotel to stay at.. we...
Absolutely great hotel to stay at.. we nly found this hotel by mistake, but what an experience.. wounderfull hotel, good staff and great view from the hotel restaurant of HK harbour view and city sky line.. Will definately ask people to book a # 2813 room, great bathtub over looking the harbour, simply amazing.. Taz
