Good all round hotel
Our three night stay at the Novotel, Nathan Rd. was highly enjoyable. The hotel is clean with efficient service and is ideally located in Kowloon.

I have stayed at the Novotel each year for 3 years now on my visits to Hong Kong. As I travel alone I find the environment in and around the hotel safe and convenient to all the facilities that I wish to access. I love the gym and train there everyday and think the internet provision in the lobby is very convenient. I also enjoy the extensive range of food available for breakfast, especially the selection of fruits.

Exceeded all expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms and extremely clean. Toilets looked new and trendy. Exactly everything you look for in a hotel.
First stay in HK
Novotal at the executive level was perfect. We could enjoy all the club perks at a decent value for money. I choose this hotel for its proximity with MTR but it proves to be very practical if you like to visit markets (night market, ladies's market, etc..). I will not recommend it if you are looking for a view since there is none. The breakfast buffet was diverse enough for everyone to choose something even if it was not that big.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Location wise is also very good. I would surely comeback to this hotel if i'm going to HK !
Great hotel with friendly staff
It is a 5 min walk to Jordan MTR exit A which is great to get to anywhere. It is across the Nathan road to Temple Street Night Market & unlimited supply of restaurants & CCTs. Those of you who like jades, the jade market & jade street are approx 5 - 10 mins walk away.
Great hotel for leisure or business unless you are pampered travellers who are used to 6-stars hotel. Hotel size is relatively comfortable compared to some I stayed in Wanchai & Sheungwan.
Bed is comfy for me as I like softer bed but the pillows are a little less puffy. Great water pressure with a bring-down showerhead & a rain-shower. No bathtub.

Very good place to stay with staff that takes good care of you. I had a well designed, functional and clean room with a good desk and internet connection, as needed for my work. Room space is felt as somewhat limited, but this is quite common for hotels in Hong Kong.
Enjoyed my stay. Located about 20 minute walk from the Waterfront, 4 blocks away from Temple Street and about 2 blocks away from the MTR (Jordan). Nice location to get at places. They have a pedestrian walkway 50 feet from the door so you can slip over to the other side of the road quickly to get to Temple street or Jade street. About 1/2hour taxi ride to the airport (about 200HKD). If you take the MTR in from the airport the free shuttle drops you off near the Eaton Hotel 2 blocks away.
The extra money I paid to upgrade to the executive room was worth the peaceful environment. Unfortunately the bar closes at 8pm and the "hosts" sometimes clean up without letting you know that they are closing up for breakfast.
