Oh! it is very horrible! terribly horrible!!!!
before i book on that hotel, i required if i can check in as early as 5am, the answer of me from a certain rose is yes! so, i was expect that its ok to go there as early as 5am. we ate first our breakfast and took a walk at kowloon park. its almost 9am when we arrived at the hotel. nobody there except a fat cat who greet us with his meow,meow... we wait there for almost an hour, when someone went out because of one guest, i think he has a complain in his room. I apporoached that man and give my hotel booking confirmation, i think he is the owner, he told us to come back at 12nn bcoz of no vacant room on that time. So we left our lagguage at the coorridor and went out and come back at 12:30.
When we arrived at 12:30 bcoz we stocked-up infront of the elevetor bcoz many guest who lined-up. upon arrival we saw many lagguage scattered all over the vacant place the 3rd flr. again no body went out to accomodate us, i approached again the owner and ask i there is already a vacant room for us. he answered me in a big voice saying, "if you cannot wait i will refund your deposit, go, find another hotel" i said nothing i was shocked, i didnt expect that he treated us like that,so we sat on the floor to wait to be intertained, you know my eyes was teary bcoz this is my first time in my life that someone shouted me. i can understand the situation bcoz it is a peak day but please in a pleasant way, who are we not to understand. i am christian so i know how to handle people like that. after 30 mins, he called me and ask 100 hk dollars for the deposit of a key and instructed me to go to block E, 11 floor, rm 82. i said nothing but yes, bcoz of my fear. so again we stocked to wait for the elevetor, i almost giving up, i was so tired. again we lined-up in the elevetor. you kwow we reached our room at around 2:00 pm. at last we can rest... I have thought that my bad experiences end up to there. My God, again, when we checking out. You kwow, we are travelers so we know what is the time of checking in and checking out. So we went down at 12nn but unfortunately almost 30 mins we spent going down and up with our laggauge. when we reached at the front desk i gave the key and the receipt of key deposit to be refund but it was a big shock ,i almost collapsed when the man told me that i must pay 50 hk dollas more for half day bcoz we did not check out at 11:30. Oh.. my gosh, a holy gosh. again i paid 150 hk for stocking at the elevetor? That was my very very horrible experience that i cannot forget.
You know, money is nothing, what i want is a good service and nice accomodation.
