Casa Hotel stay
Comparing to hotels in other countries, it's common to find out that hotel rooms in Hong Kong are smaller, it's just nice for two persons' luggage to lay on the floor. The hotel is equipped with two lifts, which are giving great convenience to consumers, however, we missed three times when we were waiting to check out.

Rooms adequate size for Hong Kong. Bathroom small, but manageable. Excellent location. Traffic noise from rooms at front of hotel.

A for location
Efficient but not friendly nor helpful staff. Room small and cramped but clean. Get bigger room for bigger family size. Bathroom equally small. Sheets not changed every day either. Best thing about this hotel is location - short walk to Yau Ma Tei station and to taxi waiting area. Taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel so best to have it written down in Chinese.

Clean and Nice Accomdation
The hotel is clean and nicely done up. As expected, the room is really small but i think it is a norm for most 3 - 4 stars hotels in HK. Bathroom is really small but still acceptable for bathing and day-to-day duties. No complaints about the hotel except for the lift is damn slow. It takes ages before it reaches ground floor and if you take from Level 1, you may not be able to get into the lift if there are some other guests with luggage as it is REALLY small for lift. Staff at the reception can speak and understand English and to my surprise, the level of English is good. Free WiFi in room is the biggest plus point.

It's a small washroom...
First time to see such a small washroom with the toilet bowl, basin, shower 'squeezed' side by side in a small room.

Pros: - Good location. 1 min walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR - Value for money, if you're traveling on budget. - All room necessities are provided - Friendly and helpful staff Cons: - Small rooms and small toilets - Toilet has translucent glass - Toilet door has no lock

Very small room - bathroom was enclosed in glass in the corner with a shower over the toilet lacking a bit of privacy but very friendly staff. Free internet (PC) access and was able to arrange tours at the tour desk easily enough.

best location
pros - location; just a few steps away from Yau Ma Tei MTR, buses,taxis...and basically everything else - eateries, 7-11, pharmacies. right in the middle of the famous nathan road.
- helpful staff
- clean and modern rooms
- wifi
cons - toilet is very small
- poor quality towels that don't absorb much
- thin pillows
