50-50
We had a budget room, for 4 days and 3 nights. Instead of giving us room that sleeps 3, they gave us room good for 4. I am not quite happy about it because the beds were 2 double decks. We are family so I was not expecting that the 3 of us will be sleeping on 3 separate beds plus the fact that it was me, my fiance and 8 yr old son. So we end up, leaving the 2 upper deck bed empty and me and my son slept together in one bed that made it so uncomfortable at night. The room is good, meeting your basic needs but no towels provided with only 1 tissue roll provided for our 4 days stay. One thing that irritated me was the reception or owner of the hotel was not accessible. When we arrived, we need to go to the 3rd flr of the block A, where we thought the room was located.. but that is only where we got our room key, then we need to go down again walk to block E then go up to 11th flr. There is a phone in the room but unable to make outbound calls, so every time you need something, you would need to go up and down and walk to the other bldg block. They did not provided us the outlet adaptor until we asked for it , so I need to go back to the reception again. The worst part is the attendant lady (older than the lady who attended us when we arrived). She was shouting when talking to us when I was just asking for the outlet adaptor. She definitely has a very low customer service attitude. She should not be there, because she annoyed guests. She is not an asset to the hotel. She should be very accommodating since they cater hotel service. Aside from that lady, the hotel location is accessible from MTR, money changer and stores. But I hate the uncourtious Indians at the grounds of the hotel. If you're a lady, they will give you a killer look, and I was so frightened when I went to the reception floor alone. I love the cleanliness though of the room itself not to mention the surroundings of the building. I may go back there. Maybe.
