Nightmare Hostel
We supposedly should have stayed for 2 nights, but we consumed only 1 night and looked for a hotel nearby even if it cost us a bit more. Worst hostel I've ever seen. The pictures are a lot different from the website. You can compare to a prison cell, I would never recommend this room. And for its price, you should expect a decent room, but you won't get it. Very inconvenient. Look for a hotel instead of this hostel. Will never recommend and return to this hell again.

There are other better options out there.
The hostel is located at a very strategic place. Only 5 minutes walks to the MTR. There are many restaurants and shops around and iSquare is just opposite the building. However, the hostel is quite run down that there are a few missing downlight and dust. Hot water only supply 7am to 12pm and 7pm to 12am. Other than that time if you want to use the hot water you will need to go to the office and ask their staff to switch it on for you. The bathroom is relatively small that you barely can turn your body around when you're taking shower. Our rooms are located on the 10th floor and the office is located at 13th floor, I was so difficult to get reach of their personnel. Tourists can only check in at 2pm and check out at 11am. And if you need to leave your luggage at their office, charges of 80HKD will be imposed for each room for three hours.

Just book yourself at the hotel
Once I showed up at the place I recognized it as one of many like it in the Mirador Mansions that are generally about HK$200 or less if you negotiate well at all.
I was expecting a step up from that - also, they don't really have any rooms with large single beds and internet -in fact, not all the rooms have internet as advertised, and the "hotel" is somewhat spread out over various locations of the "Mansions" along with dozens of other similar establishments.
I would recommend this place to the hardened traveler who wants a comfortable bed, small desk, Internet, and tiny bath-corner (no warm water in the evening), but not at this price sorry. If I stay here again i'll show up and negotiate over price before I book a room (yes, it's that kind of place), it's a nice place for the Mansions, but keep your expectations low if you don't want to be disappointed and look up the Chungking and Mirador "Mansions" if you don't already know what you're signing up for.

For the price we paid, I would consider our accommodation to our satisfaction. All the staffs are very accommodating and helpful and have in every way helped make our stay very comfortable. If one is looking for a reasonable place to stay, I would definitely recommend this place. It may not have the amenities of other more expensive hostels/hotels but if you are traveling with a limited budget, this place would really suit you.

Over-all rating of the accommodation is fair...
Over-all rating of the accommodation is fair enough because I still got a fair price and a very good location in the city of Hong kong. Surprisingly I wasn't given the room I expected from what I saw in the internet photos of the room. However, for an additional HK$110 more, I was offered a room that is a little bit similar to what I saw in the internet, yet still not as good as I expected. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the manager's attitude. Somehow, I might recommend the room to some friends. I would best recommend that USA hostel management shall give the room as seen and expected by the guests from the internet photos. Thank You.

A perfect stay for budget traveller. Perfect location. Near to MTR and have a 7-11 around the corner. Only complain is the lift that can only accomodate 6 to 7 pax at one time and have to wait for some time to go down for the next one to come.

Well all I can say is you...
Well all I can say is you get what you pay for. Hong Kong is usually fairly expensive compared to other travel destinations such as Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia... so HK$320 is cheap. Some rooms are refurbished but definitely 'ghetto'. The area is a busy bustling area but don't expect anything much from the accommodation it's definitely one for the backpacker/budget traveler. The area can be somewhat unnerving plenty of dodgy people drinking outside the 711 around the corner and working girls standing there on the corner too. Don't know if the guys are their pimps or selling drugs. Anyways a pretty dodgy area. Anyways be aware all the budget accommodation in this area are about the same if your paying in this price range.
