For us a comfy bed a the end of a European adventure is everything. The Harbor Grand Kowloon gave us this & more. Very clean throughout & shuttle buses will get you wherever you want to go, or the taxi's too are very well priced.
We had a room on the 18th floor overlooking Victoria Harbour which was very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. Pool on the rooftop was lovely with views 360 degree views of Hong Kong. Close proximity to local shops and lots of restaurants. Buffet dinner in restaurant was very nice however as with all exclusive hotels quite expensive. There are lots of much cheaper options within easy walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

Nothing was difficult, made to feel most welcome. Everything was covered.
Majority of taxi drivers don't know where the hotel and Whampoa is, but this can be worked on by the hotel.

We had a great corner room on 19th floor. Super view from both bedroom and the living room. Enjoyed a private dinner in room but quality of room service food was not same as in restaurant. Electronic equippment,internet modem etc rathet outdated. Our internet connection was never resolved during the stay. Great Sunday brunch for 268 HK dollar + 90 HK for unlimited vine and sparkeling Cava Freixnet.
Had an excellent stay, couldn't be faulted. Excellent views of the harbour and surrounds. There is also a very good shuttle service to the city, which goes every half hour. The staff and especially the concierge were very helpful in booking tours and general information about how to get to places. Thought the price of extras was a bit steep though - internet and laundry.

Excellent experience in this harbourside hotel. Coffee shop could be better but all round service was first class.
If your tourist destinations are predominantly in HK then taxis can be expensive.
Will use this Kowloon hotel again
