The hotel is new and mostly fine except the pillow used were extremely bad quality. I suffered neck ache the whole day after using that. Another point is the window. The noise from the road came in full blast and it is really hard to have peaceful rest after a day's work

Great Location
Stayed at King's for 2 nights after checking out from Stanford Hotel.
Hotel is conveniently located near the Yau Ma Tei MTR (about 4 minutes walk) and is less than 3 minutes walk to the famous Temple Street Night Market.
Staffs were pleasant and approachable, accomodated our early check-in of before 1200hours with no issues & cleared our check outs within 10 minutes.
For those who need to travel back to the the airport, there is a bus service (A21) that goes directly to the airport & is less than 10 steps away from the King's.
The only setback was the minute size of the rooms.

i have been very disappointed by this hotel. the room is very small, no bottle of water in the freeze, only one electric plug in the room, one lift for... 13 floors (so, long waiting !). i have been waken up at midnight twice (out of 5 nights) by the fire alarm . i have paid everything in advance which is unpleasant : i have been debited for the room prior to my stay, i have paid the laundry when i gave the cloths to wash etc. Needless to say, Q/P ratio is very poor !
Honestly, i can see only one positive point : the hotel is centrally located near of Yau Ma Tei station

Suitable for money n quality
This hotel is so chic. It ok more than other tht same price coz it Aldy renovated wiz modern style. Room is ok -comfort not too small like hk size but abit smelling coz window can't open (this point I understand :) for location is very comfort it close Yao ma tai station u can walk in 3 minutes to station n for someone who come from airport or go to airport -- bus stop A21 locate front of this hotel. But day tht I rest in hv some accident --- it alarm sign for fire in midnight coz some guest smoking in room ....but I understand too so I try positive thinging tht hotel hv very well notice fire alarm lol

Small but comfortable & clean rooms
Wifi connection is not good. We were not able to hook up with the hotel's connection despite numerous attempts.
Clean rooms. Small but conveniently designed. Comes with a mini-ref but no complimentary water bottles.
Good location; just a block away from Temple Street Market and MTR (Yau Ma Tei station) is just around the corner.

Good stay for budget travellers
Booked 2 family rooms. One is bigger than the other but suitable for 3 adults or maybe a family with 2 small children. Good for budget travellers who requires clean rooms (and toilets) and easy accessibility to Yau Ma Tei MTR. It is also near the bus stops with quite a number of buses to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok area, which are much cheaper and easier than taking the MTR. There is also a bus to the airport, cheaper than taking the MTR and faster too. There's 7-11 and BLT supermarket opposite the hotel and a variety of shops around the hotel. Overall, a good place to stay in Hong Kong.

dissapointed
Hi we stayed at kings de nathan for the last few dats of out holiday in hongkong as we decided to change our plans at firs when i had booked the price was fair and i was happy with the service however when we asked to extend our stay by 2 days the price of our room trippled which i thought was a rip off, however i payed disgruntledly as i could not be bothered with swapping hotels however I will not be staying here again as a result of this.

Not great
It's an overall rating of 2 because the walls are thin with white pipes behind the walls and every flush and toilet use cause noise, that disturbs rest. Our room at 302 is right next to the 'public toilet' of the hotel and from 5 am onwards there were numerous door opening and slamming. It's caused by hotel cleaners and guest(s) using. Location is good and the room is clean. Service from the staff is very minimal and lack interest in serving. It was an unnecessary painful process to get the safe box in the room to work, which in the end, we gave up due to the long wait. There should be clear instructions left on the box. Simple. There is a HKD 10 charge per luggage left with 'concierge' to store post check out. I won't recommend this hotel.

room size acceptable, room clean and cosy but bed mattress very hard and limited tv channels. near mtr, plenty of food to eat nearby.
