The worst Accommodation of my life
This "hotel" was the worst experience in my life! Already at the beginning, to find the "guest house":We had to go through an indian market, was hard to find the lift, had to wait 2 lifts until we got in one, door on the corridor as a jail's one, reception small and unfriendly - except the recepcionist, who was smiling and kind - , I could choose from 2 rooms, both are opposite the reception, all noise (talking and ringing) came in the room, and it was about 10 sqmeter; I choose, which had a window - looking on an ugly backyard. There was everything, what we had read in the advertisement, but the AC was not cool enough, we had to choose, wheather we use the TV or the fridge, 'cause there was only one socket, the walls were tiled with white tiles and the double bed was as long as wide the room itself. There was a small night table with the telephone and a box holding the fridge and the TV .The toilet was in the room separated with a harmonica door, together with the showerand the little washtub. No room for chair. In the middle of the nigh we woked up for a noise of water dropping on the outside part of the AC - it stopped after 2 hours! After the first day, arriving at 9 pm, the room was not cleaned, after my complaint, they did it. And all these inconveniences for 150 USD/night!

3, the atmosphere of the whole building is poor

Paris Guest House Kowloon
Good location for anything you want to do. TST is a well-developed tourist district, so just wandering around the area is fun. The Hotel is quiet with friendly staff, but the elevators have a wait sometimes. Definitely a way to experience Hong Kong on any budget!

for families
Great for single backpackers who don't mind nots of activity in the guest house.
Wonderful food in the market place below.
You will wait a long time for a lift going up to the floor this place is on. The building is full of "guest houses" which are like dormitory type rooms. A big concern was in the rare event of a fire in the building, it would be near impossible to get out as the place is full of dorms with extremely narrow stairs and one known exit 24 hours.
We opted for a bigger "room" and literally just fit ourselves plus a baby cot in without any floor space available.
The linen was clean and staff friendly. As far as the description given on here, not much like the actual place.
On plus points, cheap, great location, good food below, ideal for backpackers, but definitely not families.

Clean room, horrible building
If you are a backpacker perhaps this is ok for you, the room is very small but clean and good enough for sleeping. If you are with a family, pay some extra dollars and stay in a nice hotel. Good location, bus A21 from the Airport leaves you at the front door.
