SAMLL ROOM FOR BIG GUYS
IT IS A REASONABLE PRICE TO STAY AT THERE BECASUE IT IS CONVENIENCE TO JOURNEY FROM HOTEL TO SUBWAY. BUT BED IS TOO SMALL FOR BIG AND TALL GUYS. TOILET IS LIMITED SPACE BUT HOT WATER AND AIR CONDITONER IS GOOD WORKING. THIS HOTEL IS SUITABLE FOR TEENAGER GROUP AND BACK PACKER IN MY VIEW. THE RECEPTION CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATION. ANYWAY, THEY UNDERSTAND US BY BODY LANGUAGE AND DRAWING. DON'T WORRY TO STAY THERE IF YOU ARE NOT BIG GUYS.

No service at all
we had to ask for towels n soap. There is no internet svc at our apt; had to walk over to the other building.

Check in staff was unfriendly and talkative. We were not informed to get the room in other building where there are no duty person and service . We have to pick up our tissue and soap daily form the master building.For the money is fine to stay.

Room size small but very clean. Location very good and convenience. Suitable for those who travel alone (single bed) or couple (double bed).

For the budget conscious
While the rooms are small and lack cupboards for storage (hence live out of suitcase) they are adequate if you are not planning to spend your day in them. The shower with toilet again is small
but clean and adequate. There are no provisions for preparing food but there is a regular supply of hot water in the passage and a small communal refrigerator for preparing your own drinks using your own supplies. The air conditioning works well and the windows reduce traffic noise to an aceptable level. This is a low budget accommodation where you care for your own needs.

Expected a small room and it certainly was but adequate as a place to sleep and shower. Clean and well presented. Right in the middle of Kowloon tourist area. Next to underground station and 100m from unlimited food and street markets. Would definitely use this company again if I visited Hong Kong again but that won't be happening . I found Hong Kong to be dirty & smelly with the taste of vehicle exhaust in my mouth all the time.

It was worst place ever...
It was terrible experience that I ever had...I stay worst place...I saw lots of hair on the bed and pillow...it was extremely dirty. The room where I stay is super small...you cannot even have enough space put your luggage.. After all I am the person who made a choice to stay the hotel...so I bought the bed spread, blanket and so on...So I could sleep. If you're just looking for the super cheap place, this is it. The location is good, and price is really cheap. But I do not recommend this place.

Small room with bed bugs
I waited for quite long to check-in and when I was there to check in, others insist in checking-out the room which they just check in. I was then showed to a room which is not cleaned up yet. Then I was given to another "cleaned" which someone just check-out. It is fine as I just needed a bed to rest for the night. Overall, I was given a pretty tiny room with bed bugs crawling out of the bed. Even caught one and put it in open near the dust bin. Not sure if they would see it once when they clean the room. The after-check out service I received is great because I was treated with respect and sincere. Overall, if you need a place to stay / rest and you do not mind the hygiene. Here is one.

Never even think about staying here
Even by Hong Kong standards, the rooms in this place are minuscule, poorly furnished, and grim. The room I was shown was almost entirely filled with the bed! No place for a large suitcase! On top of that, no one ever answers the phone except a nutty Chinese woman who speaks no English and apparently no Mandarin either. They never received my reservation, and once I had seen the place, I tried to cancel 3 times by phone and 4 times through asiarooms website. No one returned my messages. The website cancellation didn't work. And they still tried to bill me for the room. I don't understand why asiarooms would even deal with this place.
