Over-rated
I don't know what criteria is used for rating a hotel. But, I would think that a 4 rating is too high for this hotel. First, the lobby area is small without any amenities. Second, the rooms are quite small. At check-in we had been tricked into accepting an expensive upgrade, only to find the "executive room" to be very small and containing only standard features. The included breakfast with the upgrade was mostly Asian food. Indeed, our Tokyo business hotel room was larger than the Cosmo room. Also, there is no bar or lounge, nor is there a swimming pool. Again, I think it is over-rated for the price paid, considering the poor location in Northern Kowloon away from the subway and main attractions. However, the hotel did offer a free hourly shuttle bus to the subway station.
