A very welcoming reception,from the time we were picked up from the Airport until the time we were taken back the next day.All the staff were very helpful,especially as we had an early onward flight the next morning.The facilities were very good,room clean and well appointed,the breakfast was very enjoyable.
Very nice hotel close to the airport....
Very nice hotel close to the airport. Also the shoppingcenter and subway station located in the next building is convenient and nice. As a bonus there is a huge playround for kids just outside the hotel.
I can highly recommend this hotel to others!!

Room size is OK and the room is very clean. But location not suitable for family travel in Hogn Kong. the hotel is very convnience to go to airport.

a nice place to stay in while transfering at HK airport-- very near to the airport with free shuttle service provided; room was neat and modern, very comfortable; and there are lots of shops (outlets) and several nice coffee and dining places nearby.
This hotel was a perfect location for...
This hotel was a perfect location for a flight the next morning. No traffic or worry. Shuttle bus was every half hour. Proximity to mall and restaurants and mass transit is supurb. I will always stay here when I fly through Hong Kong. Service was fantastic and very friendly.
The location was perfect for an overnight...
The location was perfect for an overnight stop between Cairns and Beijing. Two kms from the airport was perfect, instead of a 21 km drive into downtown Hong Kong. The price was very top end, they certainly had us over a barrel in that department. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet to set us up for the next leg of our journey.
The room was very spacious with a particularly unusual design, opening up the bathroom area to create more space.
The bed was deliciously comfortable - I wish I could have taken it home!
Would definitely stay there again.

Superbly fitted out rooms, terrific service, free shuttle bus to/from airport, next to major rail/bus hub and shopping centre. Highly recommended for airport hotel.

I like the light colours which give the room a sense of space. Also a desk with all the accessories for internet connection, etc--very work-friendly! The proximity to shops and restaurants is helpful. I also like the many places where there is nature and natural light.

We stayed there for 2 nights in Sep, 2006. The hotel is quite new with flat panel TV and high tech in rooms.
The hotel room is great and the location is great as well. It's located in the Citygate mall which has lots of outlets and a huge supermarket downstairs. Also, besides it is the bus terminal and MTR station for Tung Chung line. Very convinent from the airport. Can take S61 from the airport to get there only costs about HKD5 and 10 mins. or you can wait for the hotel's shuttle bus which is operated every half an hour for free. The MTR ride to Central is about half an hour with about 7 stops which is about the same as the airport express but less expensive. The ride is about HKD25 per way. Onlt one stop away from the Disneyland location.
The view there is great since it's on the Lantau island where the airport is located. You get to see the beautiful sea view which is much better than the ugly constructions or crowded buildings in downtown Hong Kong.
The service from the staff is worm, however, I believe their uniform can be better designed to give a more professional impression.
If the rooms were slightly bigger, it would be just perfect. However, since it is Hong Kong were the land is scare, it is considered a good value for price.

Novotel Citygate Hotel is a whole new and wonderful hotel in HongKong. The hotel is really a beautiful building with GYM and swimming pool.The guest room is large and clean. The hotel is near by the MTR station, bus stop, mall, and the supermarket. I think it would be the best choice to stay here when you visit HongKong.
