Hong Kong stopover
We stayed one night as a stop over between flights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had two interconnecting rooms. We were picked up by the hotel's shuttle bus and arrived at the hotel 5 minutes later. Staff were friendly.

Friendly Front Desk
Had a nice experience with the Front Desk staff during check-in. Helpful and very cheerful.
Hotel room is big and clean given the price we pay. Nice view from room as well.

The room's spaciousness, its sparkling cleanliness and its overall design were truly appreciated. Quiet. Wonderful views. The public areas of the hotel were also very accessible and had that same sense of space which is so appealing. The proximity to the airport and the ease of connecting with the shuttle bus (once one had found the desk in the airport) is a big factor in considering staying at this hotel again. High star rating deserved.

Group trip
We were on a group trip, and due to the busy holiday season, the group got divided into Novotel and another hotel. Was an excellent experience, and Novotel is really central if Disney is what you are interested in. However, hotel shuttles are everywhere, from airport, to the nearest MTR station, making travelling and moving around very convenient. Room was ok, as per Hong Kong standards, though families with small kids need to be careful as there are various sharp edges where jumpy little kids can get hurt. Tastefully decorated, very nice contemporary design. A strong recommendation.

The only thing we didn't like about the room was the open plan bathroom area.....there is of course a fully enclosed shower room and loo....and apart form the desk chair there is no seating.

Check In Efficiency
The check-in efficiency at the hotee lobby is only so-so. Besides, since I was not well-informed that I could check in on 21st floor since I'm joining the Executive room package. Other than this, the overall stay is very satisfactory.

Good and affordable hotel
I've plan for a impromptu trip to hotel and chose this hotel because the previous visit to hotel,I saw this hotel at Ngong Ping 360.Partly why this hotel was chosen was because it is near airport,and I'm rushing for early morning flight.I'm surprise the room is quite spacious for a standard room.It is clean also and open concept washroom,which is quite modern.They also provide multi socket adapter which is good for travellers. Best part is there is a range of branded outlet below the hotel in walking distance,this had please my girlfriend alot.The only down side is there's no TVB channel in the hotel. If TVB channel is provide,it will be best of both world.
