My family and I enjoyed very much...
My family and I enjoyed very much our stay at Harbour Plaza Resort City. It was wonderful and fascinating hotel with very nice, neat and complete room. The amenities and facilities are excellent and room service was just fine. I wish to stay in the hotel again if i have a chance to visit to Hongkong hopefully next year. My sincere wish to the management, Keep up the Good Work! Joselito Paragas.
The first night no hand towels in...
The first night no hand towels in the room. Had to call for help. On the next afternoon the room had not been cleaned. It was necessary to take a nap. That evening it was necessary to ask for a bath towel that was not left in the room. I have stayed at this hotel before in 2002. I like the location and the attitude of the desk help. You have more guests now, but do not let up on your standards. I plan to be back again.

The hotel is fantastic, rooms are very nice and well equiped to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable, the services and facilities are fantastic as is the restaurant, it's location is nice and as there are malls and cinemas located in the same complex, the transportation of course is typical hong kong, easy and enjoyable, I look forward to returning again and finding the staff and facility just the same.

Thanks to Asiarooms. They delivered as promised. My wife and arrived late at night on Sept. 24 but we had no problem getting to the hotel in the New Territories. We were quickly accommodated at the Hotel by staff. The room was fantastic! Nice, clean and well kept during our four-day stay. With ref, microwave, cooking range and a cozy sitting area and dining, every bit of what we need was very accessible from a 711 store just at the mall beside the hotel. I will gladly recommend Asiarooms and this Hotel to my friends who wish to travel not only around the New Territories but in any part of Hongkong. The trains are great fun rides and the Octopus way of travelling is very efficient. Thanks
This is my 2nd time staying here....
This is my 2nd time staying here. few things about this place that attracts me :
- located away from the city, so it offers quietness and cleanliness on the streets and everywhere nearby
- the park nearby is superb for morning walks and children, they have playgrounds, cycling tracks and jogging tracks. suits me. as i enjoy exercising when on holiday
- location is convenient to explore non-tourist areas of HK. Great !
- going to ShenZhen from hotel is equally convenient !
- hotel mall has food and grocery and much more to meet my needs without having to leave the hotel when i just want to take it slow in a day

I have an enjoyable stay at Harbour Plaza Resort City Hotel from 18-22 June 2005.
It would have been better if transport can be provided from
the hotel to Mongko area before heading towards Tsim Sha Tsui.
Only dislike, the pool is open to the walk in public and smell
of cook food from the nearby restuarant filled the air. Overall,
the price is reasonable for a 4 star hotel and the location is
Ok for liesure but not for business engagement.
My impression about the Harbour Plaza Resort...
My impression about the Harbour Plaza Resort City is that, the building, rooms arrangement is first class. The interior design and layout is good and classy but the total image is spoiled by the two cheap plastic cups, these plastic cup although small will affect the image of your htoel. You need also to provide a few sheets of writing pad and envelope, the envelope can also help to promote and advertise your hotel to potential customers. 2 bottles of mineral water is standard and essentail when a guest arrive your hotel from the airport, they are thirsty and needs a drinks when they enter the room. You should not expect them to start boiling water, wait for it to cool down and waste time. The guest will not mind to pay if you factor this cost into your room rate. I will be going back again and also sending my manager in the next one or two week. My future visit will be very regular. I hope you will consider my suggestion.

We were in the Harbour Plaza Resort...
We were in the Harbour Plaza Resort City Apr-05 and found that this is a very nice hotel with peaceful environment. The room is large, comfortable and daily housekeeping is well maintained. All staffs are well trained, efficient, friendly and helpful. Even though the location is quite far but was properly connected to downtown area by KCR and MTR. The hotel is also providing shuttle bus services to and fro town area / airport every hour interval with some charges. On request, they have promptly furnished their shuttle bus timetable/fare and relevant map to us before we left for Hong Kong.
It is a good hotel for travelers on leisure trip.

John and I recently stayed at the Harbour Plaza Resort City Hotel and were very happy with our stay. Yes it is a little bit out from the city but we found it fun using the light rail and trains....all part of visiting the place.(plus I think we lost a couple of kilo with the walking) The shuttle came in very handy on a couple of accasions even though there was a cost (could be a little less if you use it often)The staff were more than willing to help....rooms very clean and tidy and it was very affordable. One thing that could be improved on is perhaps some cooking utensils.There is a microwave and hotplate there but nothing to use for cooking. One other small thing....perhaps a couple of hooks for hanging your towel on as I found it hard to reach the rail above the bath. Thought the bath robes were great. Dont think there was room service....that would be nice too. (between certain hours) One of the front desk staff....Anthony (spoke very good English) was very helpful and from the information he gave us made our second last day there a great one. The hotel was also very accommodating on our last day allowing us to use the gym for showering ans storing our luggage until we had to depart.
Thank you Harbour Plaza Resort City for a great stay. Yes we would use it again.
