Hotel room is clean and nice. Very troublesome when going to Hongkong island and kowloon no doubt there is a shuttle bus that ferry us there. The journey to Hongkong island and kowloon takes about 45 min plus the shuttle bus charges for two ways which cost already HKD 36.00. Preferably stay in Hong Kong island or kowloon if going on shopping spree but for relaxation it will be good to stay at this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, more than you'd expect for the price, but it's in the middle of nowhere. You'll have to use a shuttle if you want to do anything other than go to 7-11. No internet in rooms. Business center only has a PC using Win95 and a dial-up connection, which they have the audacity to charge you $25 HK per 15 min to use. The staff was friendly and courteous, but I will not stay there agin.

Hotel was well looked after, but unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for the entire period of our week's stay (this was not advised to us prior to our stay). Also be prepared to pay extra for everything. Kitchenette in the rooms are nice BUT do not work unless extra $150 HKD per room is paid. Also Tennis Court costs extra as does hire of equipment.

Fantastic hotel. Really good as I went with a group of friends. The living room was an ideal setting for hanging out. The hotel was clean and very professional. Superb family environment. The only thing was the absence of staff at the airport that dealt with shuttle services to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Well the Harbour Plaza Resort City in Hong Kong is one of the best hotel I have stay with a very the room is big with everything I needed. The transportation to the city is very well connected and a very nice place to stay The New Territory. I sure will stay back at this hotel again.
The price of this hotel I get from your website is very good price and I will book thru your website again if I go to Hong Kong again.

Wonderful environment, quiet and clean! The staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were huge, contrary to what I've heard about other HK hotels.Covenient commute to Tsim Sha Tui and the airport using the shuttle.

The hotel was far from the City so the environment was better than the City area. The room was nice and clean.The staffs are cool and friendly. Price was really inexpensive itt is well worth to stay here.

We went to the hotel using the new KCR west rail that was very convenient to get to the hotel. We have been greeted by the bellboy, and the receptionist was very friendly & professional. She introduced the hotel facilities and some interesting places to go after we have done the check in registration. We have been to other hotels in Hong Kong but no such receptionist would do. Room was clean and spacious, just feel like at home. We pretty much enjoyed the health club facilities, it’s well equipped and new. My girl did a spa treatment which was nice and we found the price even more reasonable than the beauty salon. Lastly, we found some restaurants in the other hotel tower and shopping arcade next to the hotel that are quite good. It was an enjoyable stay & we will come again as it is value for money.

I LOVED this hotel! It was new and extremely clean and the staff were all very helpful and courteous. It is a bit far from the center of Hong Kong, but they provide a bus which goes to and from a great location in downtown every hour. I will stay there again the next time I visit Hong Kong. Thanks!
